Meet Dan Howe

After a year of retirement, I decided to start a part time business to do what I loved doing at work – coaching leaders and building growth strategies for brands.

It’s also been a meaningful way to reflect on my career and say thank you to the amazing people I’ve worked with along the way.

I'm a seasoned international marketing executive with experience across retail, loyalty, grocery, travel, hospitality, packaged goods, and marketing research. I’ve led business and brand turnarounds by combining analytical rigour with creative thinking and a clear, strategic plan. Known for aligning diverse stakeholders, I bring strong communication skills, collaboration, and relentless focus to every challenge.

Over 15 years at the executive level, I’ve managed large teams, multi-million dollar budgets, and worked on both global and regional brands.

From Nielsen to Campbell’s Soup, from Yum Brands in Europe to Save-On-Foods here in Canada—I’ve worked across industries, continents, and business models.

What unites all that experience? A belief that smart strategy, strong teams, and a clear brand strategy can solve almost any business challenge and drive improved sales results.

My job now is to share what I’ve learned, challenge your thinking, and support your team—without all the fluff.

My coaching isn’t theory—it’s lived experience. I’ve led marketing teams at the CMO level across global and Canadian organizations, and now I use that experience to support others in doing the same.
